In practice
A portfolio purchase.
A coordinated approach.
A residential investment acquisition, with the client and property locations kept private.
Residential investment
Six new-build homes.
One joined-up plan.
01
The issue
The investor needed the acquisition terms and funding to work together for a portfolio of six new-build residential properties.
02
What GBR did
GBR negotiated directly with the housebuilder at board level, securing an agreed portfolio discount and additional items including appliances, fencing and turf. DMK Finance separately developed and arranged the funding proposition.
03
The outcome
The portfolio acquisition and funding were completed. Coordinating the property negotiation with the finance work helped establish a workable route to the purchase.
This example describes a specific completed transaction. Funding and investment outcomes depend on the circumstances of each project.
